     How can you become a participating organisation ?
     Return your participation form as soon as possible. The number of participants is limited to 500


      Fill in :

  1. the participation form (pdf-format / doc-format) and send it to the Agora Secretariat :
  2. the financial identification form (pdf-format) with the bank details of the organisation you represent and return it to the Agora Secretariat
    on the second day of the Agora (a special desk will be open for that purpose on Friday 13 June 2008).

    After the AGORA, and after their participation has been verified, organisations will receive a contribution towards their participation (lunch will be provided by the Parliament). This contribution is based on which Member State the organisation comes from, and rates can be found in the attached table. (pdf-format).
    Payments will be made by bank transfer, only once the organisation has taken part in the Agora (payments cannot be made to individuals, only to the organisation concerned).
