Invitations to tender

In accordance with the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Parliament is required to put contracts for the purchase of goods and services out to public tender.

Below a certain threshold, invitations to tender may be sent, as part of a restricted procedure, to a limited number of tenderers selected on the basis of a call for expressions of interest.

Invitations to tender are published regularly in the S series of the Official Journal of the European Union and can be consulted online in the TED database, which is updated daily on the internet.
