The Gender Dimension of Traffiking in Human Beings

The hearing, that took place on 12 November, represents an opportunity to have an exchange of views on the measures taken to address the gender dimension of trafficking in human beings and on the way forward. The EU Anti-Trafficking Coordinator Ms Myria Vassiliadou was present. It is linked to the Report on the implementation of the Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and protecting its victims from a gender perspective.
