Better enforcement and modernisation of EU consumer protection rules

On 11 July IMCO held a public hearing on the post-REFIT proposal on the revision of consumer law. Members, and experts discussed on better enforcement and modernisation of EU consumer protection rules. The hearing also provided input for an IMCO implementation report on the same topic, to be elaborated later this year.
