Integration of immigrants and their children through education and culture

The CULT Committee hold a public hearing on 15.03.16 from 15:00-17:30. The purpose of the hearing was to debate issues relating to immigration and the subsequent integration of newcomers through education and culture. Ms Kashetu Kyenge, LIBE Committee rapporteur on ‘The situation in the Mediterranean and need for a holistic approach to migration’, also presented her draft report.
