Once a draft opinion has been presented to the committee, members vote on it and make changes where necessary. Opinions are then submitted to the committee responsible for drafting the report. In accordance with rule 54, the committee responsible shall accept without a vote amendments from an associated committee where they concern matters which fall within the exclusive competence of the associated committee. All adopted opinions are annexed to the report of the responsible committee. This page shows opinions that have been approved and adopted by the committee.
