Looking at Industry 4.0 together with the impact on industry of robotics and big data

ITRE organised a public hearing which delved into the implications of the digital technologies and their impact on industry, particularly that of Robotics and Big Data. It explored what lies ahead, how this new industry in which everything is linked will develop in the future, the potential scenarios and required legislation, as well as the impact it will have on all related industries energy, transport and citizens. Different aspects of the Big Data topic were also addressed.
