The Committee on Fisheries will hold a hearing on "New framework for technical measures" on 21 March 2016 from 15:00 to 18:30.

This hearing is part of the new procedure on the framework regulation of technical measures. Its purpose is twofold. On the one hand, and on a functional approach, the common provisions to all basins, its role in multiannual plans and the role of regionalization. On the other hand, on a geographical approach, the specific provisions for major Sea basins will be analysed.
