Audiencias


Se permite a las comisiones organizar audiencias de expertos cuando lo consideren indispensable para la buena marcha de sus trabajos sobre un asunto determinado. Las audiencias también pueden celebrarlas dos o más comisiones de forma conjunta. La mayor parte de las comisiones organiza audiencias con regularidad, ya que estos actos les permiten oír a expertos y debatir sobre asuntos clave. The Milk Package and prospects for the dairy sector

In a hearing on 27 January, the AGRI Committee will evaluate the effects of the recent milk package and look at prospects for the dairy sector after the impending expiry of the quota system (15.00-18.30, room PHS 3C50). Representatives of the sector and academic experts have been invited to give their views amid fears of a looming crisis in the dairy market. The first session was focus on the 28 Member States’ customs sanctioning systems. The second session discussed the impact of the lack of an EU legal framework on infringements and sanctions on the functioning of the single market and on economic operators.
