The workshop “European Labour Authority” held on 24 May 2018 at request of the Employment and Social Affairs Committee included an exchange on the Commission Impact Assessment and on the Initial Appraisal by the European Parliament as well as a panel of experts focusing on different dimensions: Enhanced enforcement, social security coordination, support for labour mobility (EURES), profile and governance of the planned new agency. It has been supported by dedicated briefings.
