INTA Committee vote on negotiations for a plurilateral agreement on services

The Committee on International Trade will vote on a resolution setting its expectations for the negotiations for a plurilateral agreement on trade in services on 28.05.13. This agreement can potentially increase services trade between the EU and its developed trading partners and lower regulatory barriers, but it could also go counter to the WTO's General Agreement on Trade in Services.

The Committee on Internal Market and Consumer Protection will vote on the non-legislative report on online gambling, mainly focusing on consumer protection, administrative cooperation and follow-up of open infringement proceedings to ensure compliance with EU law.
