Uzklausīšanas


Komiteja var organizēt ekspertu uzklausīšanu, ja uzskata, ka tas ir vajadzīgs sekmīgai attiecīgā jautājuma izskatīšanai. Uzklausīšanu var rīkot kopīgi divas vai vairākas komitejas. Vairums komiteju organizē regulāras uzklausīšanas, jo tās sniedz iespēju uzklausīt ekspertu viedokli un apspriest svarīgākos jautājumus. In accordance with article 53 of Regulation (EU) no 2018/1725 (Data Protection Regulation for EU Institutions) “the European Parliament and the Council shall appoint the European Data Protection Supervisor by common accord for a term of five years, on the basis of a list drawn up by the Commission following a public call for candidates.
