Eiropas Parlamenta komitejas ir tiesīgas pašas īstenot dialogu ar valstu parlamentiem komiteju līmenī. Tas nozīmē tādu sanāksmju rīkošanu, kurās piedalās gan dalībvalstu parlamentu deputāti, gan Eiropas Parlamenta deputāti, lai apspriestu kopīgo interešu jautājumus.
