Unfair trading practices in the business-to-business food supply chain (UTP)
European Parliament, Room: Altiero Spinelli 3G3, Brussels
A workshop on “Unfair trading practices in the business-to-business food supply chain (UTP)” chaired by MEP Dawid Bohdan JACKIEWICZ was held on 24 March 2015 in the European Parliament. The workshop was organised by Policy Department A on the request of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO). The workshop took stock of such practices and consider possible regulatory responses to them.
The results will provide input for the non-legislative own-initiative report that the IMCO Committee has requested, following the referral of the European Commission´s Communication on "Tackling unfair trading practices in the business-to-business food supply chain".
