On Monday 8 April in the afternoon the INTA, Belgian Council Presidency and Commission negotiating teams will meet for a new round of interinstitutional negotiations on the temporary trade-liberalisation measures for Ukrainian products. A vote to confirm the possible trilogue agreement is scheduled on Tuesday 9 April at 15:15 in INTA. The proposed regulation would extend the existing trade preferences for Ukrainian goods for one year beyond the current expiry date of 5 June 2024.

At its 20-21 March meeting, INTA Members will hold an high level exchange with the Economic Development Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Members will, jointly with IMCO, vote on the outcome of trilogue negotiations on the Forced Labour Regulation proposal. INTA will also vote on the trilogue outcome of the proposal for a regulation on import, export and transit measures for Firearms.
