Hearings of European Commission representatives to the TAAEG and the TCMV

EMIS Committee holds hearings of the European Commission representatives to the Type-Approval Authorities Expert Group (TAAEG) and the Technical Committee on Motor Vehicles (TCMV) on 21 June, 9.00 - 12.30.
The following former and current Commission representatives to the TCMV and the TAAEG will appear before the committee to explain their tasks and responsibilities, deliberations and decision-making processes and the factors that have influenced the timing and adoption of key decisions:
- Mr Reinhard Schulte-Braucks (former Head of Automotive Unit, DG GROW - until 12.2007),
- Mr Philippe Jean (former Head of Automotive Unit DG GROW - from 01.2008 to 05.2015),
- Ms Joanna Szychowska (Head of Automotive Unit DG GROW - as from 06.2015) and,
- Mr Gwenole Cozigou (Director of Industrial Policy and Economics Analysis, DG GROW - as from 06.2015).
