Ordinary meetings

In view of the upcoming 8th meeting of the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee, the Delegation had an exchange of views on the state-of-play of EU-Georgia relations with H.E. Mrs Natalie SABANADZE, Head of the Georgian Mission to the European Union, on the state of play of relations between the EU and Georgia, in the presence of representatives of the European External Action Service and of the European Commission's DG NEAR.

Held in the presence of representatives of the European External Action Service and of the European Commission's DG NEAR, this meeting was the occasion to discuss the transformation of the existing EU-Armenia Parliamentary Partnership Committee (PPC) into a Parliamentary Cooperation Committee (PCC) with extended powers following the provisional entry into force of the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement, and to have an exchange of views on the internal political situation in Armenia following the "velvet revolution", as well as on the state-of-play of EU-Armenia relations , in view of the upcoming inaugural meeting of the EU-Armenia PPC.

In view of the upcoming 7th meeting of the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee, the Delegation had an exchange of views on the state-of-play of EU-Georgia relations with H.E. Mrs Natalie SABANADZE, Head of the Georgian Mission to the European Union, on the state of play of relations between the EU and Georgia, in the presence of representatives of the European External Action Service and of the European Commission's DG NEAR.

This extraordinary meeting was dedicated to an exchange of views with representatives of the European External Action Service and of the European Commission's DG NEAR on the political crisis in Armenia, known as the "velvet revolution".

During this meeting an exchange of views was held on the state of play of relations between the EU and Azerbaijan in view of the upcoming 15th EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee meeting (7-8 May 2018)

The meeting was dedicated to an exchange of views with H.E. Mrs Natalie SABANADZE, Head of the Georgian Mission to the European Union, on the state of play of relations between the EU and Georgia, in the presence of representatives from the European External Action Service and the European Commission.

The Delegation to the EU-Armenia and EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committees and the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee met in Strasbourg on 14 December 2017.

An exchange of views was held on the state of play of relations between the EU and Armenia in view of the upcoming 17th EU-Armenia Parliamentary Cooperation Committee meeting (19-20 December 2017).

The Delegation to the EU-Armenia and EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committees and the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee met in Strasbourg on 7 July 2017.

The agenda included an exchange of views with the representative of the Venice Commission (Council of Europe) on the constitutional reforms in Georgia.

An exchange of views was held with the European External Action Service on the state of play of EU-Azerbaijan relations in view of the upcoming 14th EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee meeting (2-3 May 2017).
