  Doru-Claudian Frunzulică (S&D), in writing. ‒ The European Agency for the operational managment of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice has vital importance in terms of delivering the goals and results of EU policies on the matter. This is of clear benefit to EU citizens and their performance is improving year on year. I therefore supported the grant of the discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget for the financial year 2013.
