  Afzal Khan (S&D), in writing. ‒ I am pleased that the EU agency have made demonstrable progress made in implementing the "Roadmap" following the ‘Common Approach’ agreed in 2012 and that the report demonstrates that the agency can be granted immediate discharge for 2013. I voted therefore in favour.
