10.22. Entlastung 2013: Europäische Agentur für die Zusammenarbeit der Energieregulierungsbehörden (ACER) (A8-0117/2015 - Ryszard Czarnecki) (Abstimmung)

- Prima della votazione:

  Richard Corbett (S&D). – Mr President, the next 30 Czarnecki reports have no amendments tabled to them, so I wonder whether Article 174(7) of our Rules could be applied by analogy. This allows for a block vote on amendments.

Perhaps, by analogy, the same rule could be used exceptionally in this case for the individual reports in question, none of which have any amendments tabled for them, and all of which, I am quite sure, have a majority in this House.

  Marco Valli (EFDD). – Signor Presidente, onorevoli colleghi, ci sono delle relazioni dove viene chiesto di posporre il discarico. Quindi su quelle dovremmo, penso, votare almeno separatamente o sbaglio?

  Anders Primdahl Vistisen (ECR). – Mr President, at least for the ITER joint undertaking I know that there might be a change in granting discharge or not, so at least for that one it is important that we have a separate vote.

  Marc Tarabella (S&D). – Monsieur le Président, j'approuve totalement la proposition de mon collègue Richard Corbett, à une exception près: ce ne sont pas tous les rapports Czarnecki qui sont concernés, car, au sein de mon groupe, nous allons jusqu'au rapport qui concerne l'Agence du GNSS européen. Le rapport suivant, qui est numéroté A8-0103/2015, fait l'objet d'un vote différent. Il faudrait donc – selon notre liste de votes – aller jusqu'à la page 60... Non, le rapport GNSS peut être inclus. Après, il y a un vote différent. Nous avons 25 rapports, mais les derniers rapports Czarnecki ne peuvent pas être concernés...
