  Norica Nicolai (ALDE), in writing. ‒ While I voted in favour of this report, as I believe it is an important document in the reform of our agricultural sector, I could not support paragraph 22 in the same way my Group chose to. Milk quotas are a highly sensitive issue and we need to take more into account the needs of producers also in Eastern and Central Europe when it comes to the end of the milk quotas.
