  Ramon Tremosa i Balcells (ALDE), in writing. ‒ I have given my support to this agreement on scientific and technical cooperation at high level between the European Union and the European Community of Atomic Energy, on the one hand, and the Swiss Confederation, on the other, because the scientific development of excellence is the basis for growth that affects several sectors of the European economy.
