  Catherine Stihler (S&D), in writing. ‒ I voted in favour of this report, proposing to increase the level of initial pre-financing of the funding available for the 2014-2020 period for cohesion policy programmes. This will ensure that the available EU funding is used effectively in Greece, and will reach the intended beneficiaries quickly.
