  Ian Duncan (ECR), in writing. ‒ I abstained from voting on this report. Although I support the recommendations for structural reforms, that the EU should be more globally competitive, and indeed the benefits of the Capital Markets Union for SMEs, the report makes some reference to a Fiscal Union and the recommendations are largely non-binding for the UK.
