  Diane James (EFDD), in writing. – I voted against this, not because we do not want bluefin tuna numbers to recover, we do, but because the report, by adopting an international agreement, endorses the EU’s right to operate the Common Fisheries Policy – a behavioural-economic, long-term catastrophe, especially for the UK.
