  Doru-Claudian Frunzulică (S&D), in writing. ‒ The draft agreement limits the transfer of personal data between the parties and includes a number of specific safeguard provisions. Onward transmission of such personal data is not possible without the written consent of the other party.

It is important that we continue to support the work of Eurojust, as it will play a key role if the EU wants to enhance its judicial cooperation to tackle organised crime and terrorism.
