  Antanas Guoga (ALDE), in writing. ‒ I support the approval of a cooperation agreement between Eurojust and the Ukraine, because it is imperative that Eurojust and the Ukraine work together in the fight against serious transnational crime, particularly organised crime and terrorism. This agreement would also enhance judicial co-operation, which is similarly necessary in this battle.
