  Siôn Simon (S&D), in writing. ‒ I voted in favour of this codification of the directive relating to a reduction in the sulphur content of certain liquid fuels, as it contains a straightforward codification of the existing texts without any changes in their substance, and the subject of the directive contributes to our need to have better air quality and reduce pollution.
