Emission limits for non-road mobile machinery (A8-0276/2015 - Elisabetta Gardini)

  Catherine Stihler (S&D), in writing. ‒ Labour MEPs voted in favour of strict emission limits for non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) placed on the EU market from 2019. 15% of total NOx emissions and 5% of total PM emissions in the EU are caused by NRMM, mainly due to construction sites and machinery. This report will ensure that industry is manufacturing progressively cleaner engines for these machines and will bring both environmental and health benefits for citizens.
