  Afzal Khan (S&D), in writing. ‒ I voted in favour of this report which is looking for solutions to reduce demand and make the sector more efficient, in order to decrease dependence on energy imports, reduce emissions, and bring down costs to consumers, especially those at risk of energy poverty.
