  William (The Earl of) Dartmouth (EFDD), in writing. ‒ UKIP abstained on this vote. Whilst we concede that EU deals with poor countries often exacerbate poverty, we note the desire of the Ghanaian Government to sign this deal so as to secure market access. For this reason, despite our reservations about this deal, we abstained.
