William (The Earl of) Dartmouth (EFDD), in writing. ‒ UKIP voted against this binding budgetary report. This amending budget is taken in conjunction with a separate vote regarding Germany’s application for the EU Solidarity Fund. The EU Solidarity Fund is an EU fund used when there has been a natural disaster in an area of Europe. In order to give the money to Germany it is required to increase the budget ceiling for the Solidarity Fund. As this will increase EU budgets (as opposed to just authorising money that is already available) UKIP voted against.
