Afzal Khan (S&D), in writing. ‒ President, I voted in favour of this proposal, which is replacing a previous agreement that is not in conformity with international laws (Law of the Sea and UN Fish Stock Regulation). It is based on historical rights and will grant Member State access to Norwegian waters and reciprocal access for Norway for Danish and Swedish waters, up to four nautical miles from baselines in Skagerrak.
