  Jane Collins and Mike Hookem (EFDD), in writing. – UKIP voted against this non-legislative and non-binding report. Whilst we fully support efforts to improve human rights and democracy, we cannot support EU activity in this or any other area. The vote on Article 148(2) regarding Christianity was un-whipped and each MEP voted according to their own conscience.
