- Prima della votazione:

  Daniele Viotti, relatore. – Signor Presidente, onorevoli colleghi, come già accaduto negli anni precedenti, a causa della complessità della procedura, si dovranno applicare i seguenti adeguamenti tecnici.

È quindi una comunicazione alle colleghe e colleghi.

Sulle cifre: alle linee elencate in seguito le cifre saranno adeguate in modo tale da corrispondere al risultato del voto della commissione BUDG.

Linea 19 02 01, emendamento 1689: gli impegni saranno portati a EUR 269 810 177.

Linea 13 08 02, emendamento 1658: gli impegni e i pagamenti saranno portati rispettivamente a EUR 48 653 000 ed EUR 25 888 246.

Linea 32 02 10, emendamento 1816: i pagamenti saranno portati a EUR 18 807 975.

Linea 33 04 77 06, emendamento 1753: gli impegni saranno portati a EUR 1 260 000.

Sui commenti:

alla linea 21 02 07 03, l'emendamento 1700 sarà corretto per far sì che il commento corrisponda al risultato del voto della commissione BUDG.

Infine la linea 15 02 77 23 (emendamento 1666) sarà spostata dalla rubrica 1a alla rubrica 3.

Sono adeguamenti tecnici e niente più.

  Karoline Edtstadler, President-in-Office of the Council. – Mr President, I am sorry for being delayed. I was wrongly informed but, on the other hand, I am very happy to have a full plenary session here. I am happy to see that.

By the way, I was following the debate on TV so I saw that you have just adopted the amendments to the Council’s position on the draft budget for the financial year 2019. I take note of the differences in the position of our two institutions concerning the draft budget for 2019 presented by the Commission. Consequently, in my capacity as President of the Council, I agree that the President of the European Parliament convenes the Conciliation Committee, as required in Article 314(4)(c) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

  Paul Rübig, Berichterstatter. – Herr Präsident! Ich möchte nur betonen, dass in der letzten Abstimmung bei manchen Abstimmungen natürlich die qualifizierte Mehrheit notwendig war und dass wir bei Abstimmung 798 überprüfen müssen, ob die namentliche Abstimmung stattgefunden hat. 798, und es geht um die qualifizierte Mehrheit bei verschiedenen Abstimmungen. Danke!

  Presidente. – On. Rübig, La ringrazio per questa precisazione, ma naturalmente c'era la maggioranza qualificata, quindi è tutto a posto.

Il 798 è stato votato per appello nominale ed è stato respinto.
