Minimum standards for minorities in the EU (short presentation)

I didn’t mention the 100th anniversary of the independence of many of the countries of the European Union because it’s very widely known. Indeed, together we appreciate that we are very open to cultural autonomy etc., which doesn’t mean that we should be supporting any kind of imperialist approaches to minority rights.
