What action is the Commission taking to monitor the transposition and implementation by the Member States of Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009, especially in order to ensure the introduction of the general principle of integrated pest management which should have applied as from 2014?

What is the Commission doing to ensure that relevant Member States have set ‘minimum requirements for plant protection products use’ for agri-environment payments as foreseen in EU Regulation No (EC) 1305/2013, Article 28(3)?

Does the Commission intend to prepare and publish an overview showing clearly how Member States will ensure compliance with both mandatory and voluntary Integrated Pest Management requirements as laid down in the directive on the sustainable use of pesticides? If so, when will it do so?
