 Subject:  National deposit guarantee schemes (DGSs)
 Answer in writing 

Following the harmonisation of national deposit guarantee schemes in 2014, all 24 Member States are required to set up bank-financed schemes by 2024 to ensure that the coverage level for bank deposits is EUR 100 000.

What level of coverage do the DGSs currently provide in each Member State, as an absolute figure and a percentage of deposits?
