E-003602/2018(ASW)
Answer given by Ms Creţu on behalf of the European Commission
Question reference: E-003602/2018

Article 10 of the Common Provisions Regulation proposed by the Commission for 2021-2027 foresees indeed the possibility for Member States to allocate up to 5% of their respective Fund allocations (NB: the amounts available for programming) to the InvestEU Fund.

The table in the annex illustrates — by Fund and globally — the amounts that would result if all Member States decided to make full use of this option, i.e. allocate 5% to InvestEU.

The maximum amount directed to the InvestEU Fund in this way would be EUR 16.2 billion in 2018 prices and, respectively, EUR 18.2 billion in current prices.
