 Subject:  VP/HR — The right to privacy, free movement and security in Ukraine
 Answer in writing 
Taking account of:
The Italian presidency of OSCE and its commitment to resolve the crisis in Ukraine,
The OSCE/ODHIR Election Observation Mission in the Russian Federation, which did not include Crimea,
The invitation to Roberto Ciambetti, Stefano Valdegamberi and Marco Marsili by Russian NGOs to take part in voluntary observation activities during the elections held in Crimea,
The report published on 3 April 2018 by the European Platform for Democratic Elections (EPDE), in which unfounded and defamatory accusations were made against three Italians,
The clear violation by the above EPDE report of rights enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights,
Funding of the EPDE by the European Commission, the Green Group of the European Parliament, the US Department of State, George Soros, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway,

What action does the VP/HR intend to take to restore and safeguard the rights to privacy, free movement and safety?
