E-005761-18
Question for written answer E-005761-18
to the Commission
Rule 130
Rory Palmer (S&D)

Subject:  Medicines and medical equipment supply arrangements and ‘no-deal’ Brexit

What representations has the Commission received — either through the Task Force on Article 50 or other channels — from the UK Government, the UK health agencies (including NHS England), and medical supply companies on concerns relating to the UK leaving the European Union without a withdrawal agreement on 29 March 2019? What specific discussions have taken place on issues relating to the supply of medicines and medical equipment, including emergency and trauma equipment, in the event of a ‘no-deal’ Brexit?
