 Subject:  Legal disputes between Airbnb and cities

What court cases are currently pending in the EU between cities or other (territorial) bodies and Airbnb concerning the restriction of the business practices of Airbnb or the releasing of data by Airbnb, or which seek to regulate the business practices of Airbnb by means of bans on the improper use of properties or the classification of the company as a real estate agent?

What is the current status of these cases and how does the Commission view these measures?
