On the basis of the Honourable Member's request and after a search in the European External Action Service (EEAS) document management database and archives, the EEAS is pleased to confirm that to the best of its knowledge no ‘transcript of a meeting between the UK Prime Minister and the German Chancellor’ discussing the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU has been circulated to EU Delegations.
