 Subject:  EU funding for third countries

In the context of the association agreements with third countries and prior to the formal opening of accession negotiations, can the Commission say:

How much money has been approved and how much has been disbursed to the Skopje government, for what purposes and what have been the results of the relevant funding programmes?

How much money has been approved and how much has been disbursed to the Tirana government, for what purposes and what have been the results of the relevant funding programmes?

How much money has been approved for disbursement to these two countries, with what purpose and with the expectation of what results?
