 E-003329/2019
Answer given by Ms Kyriakides
on behalf of the European Commission
Question reference: E-003329/2019

The Commission would like to inform the Honourable Member that Ireland has not yet notified the draft implementing regulation related to the content and the presentation of health warnings on alcoholic beverages. Once the draft regulation is notified to the Commission, it will be assessed in the light of Union legislation. Should the Member State consider it necessary to adopt new legislation, it must notify to the Commission the envisaged measures and provide reasons justifying them.
