 Subject:  VP/HR — European nationals who have worked with ISIS
 Answer in writing 

1. Does the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy have a strategy for European nationals who have worked with ISIS and are now in the custody of the Syrian Democratic Forces in North Eastern Syria?

2. Is there a strategy to bring these European citizens to Europe and to prosecute them in Europe?

3. Have any steps been taken to prevent these individuals being freed by a possible invasion by Turkey and the pro-Turkish militias who have links to jihadist terrorist groups in the region?
