to the Commission
Rule 138
Hynek Blaško (ID)

Subject:  Ammunition containing lead and restrictions on owning weapons

The Commission considers ammunition containing lead to constitute an environmental hazard.

Does the Commission intend to introduce a blanket ban on this type of ammunition (including outside wetland areas)?

Does it intend to continue to restrict citizens’ right to privately own weapons? If so, to what extent and what sort of weapons will be affected?
