Rule 138
Emmanouil Fragkos
Subject: Widespread destruction caused by Storm ‘Hephaestion’ in Greece

Serious disruption has been caused in Greece by Storm ‘Hephaestion’, following several days of power cuts affecting entire regions (Attica, the Cyclades, Evia, Crete and other mountainous and island areas) in the wake of heavy snowfalls engulfing entire villages, floods, subsidence and gale-force winds, inflicting damage to road and urban networks.

In view of this:

Will EU solidarity funding for natural disasters be deployed to compensate victims of the havoc wreaked by Storm ‘Hephaestion’ in Greece?
