5. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided it had no objections to the proposal presented by the Commission on transfers of appropriations DEC 16/2015 and DEC 17/2015 - Section III – Commission.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council had informed the budgetary authority of the approval of transfers of appropriations DEC 11/2015, DEC 16/2015 and DEC 17/2015 - Section III – Commission.

In accordance with Article 203(7) of the Financial Regulation, the Commission had informed the budgetary authority of a proposal for the construction of a ‘Food Safety and Quality’ building in Geel (Belgium).

In accordance with Article 203 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to deliver an opinion on the Commission’s leasing of two buildings to house its staff currently housed in the Jean Monnet Building in Luxembourg.

In accordance with Article 203(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Court of Auditors had informed the budgetary authority of a working document on its buildings policy.
