Question for oral answer (O-000103/2015) by Elena Valenciano, on behalf of the AFET Committee, to the Council: The death penalty (2015/2879(RSP)) (B8-0761/2015)

Elena Valenciano moved the question and refused to answer a blue-card question from Janusz Korwin-Mikke.

Nicolas Schmit (President-in-Office of the Council) answered the question O-000103/2015.

The President stated that it was not permissible to put blue-card questions to the Council.
